How to Replace Ceramic Valve in Bath tap?

How do I get into a bath tap with single lever control as it's gone very stiff and needs a new ?ceramic valve. No obvious point of entry - do I prize off the small logo cover in handle?

Is there a recommended retailer of such valves?
