I do not want write anything here that would cause you to make any specific good or bad comments about this French door design and installation, so feel free to say good things, bad things, ask questions or suggest what you would have done differently if you had been involved on day1.

Wall is standard cavity wall (1960's house)

Note Partly painted wall around the doors is not an issue, the whole wall will be painted.

It's obviously hard to see from the pics and can't get access to the video.

My only comments would be :

The glass inside or outside stickers don't apply to all types of glass. But if it does in this case and the glass units have been put in the wrong way round then just ask the fitters to reverse them. It's not a big job on a new door.

As for being out of plumb. The advantage of using the outer leg profile is it makes it theoretically more weatherproof. The disadvantage of using this profile on the door frame is that if your wall is not plumb then if you put the door plumb it will leave a gap between the frame profile and the wall at either the top or the bottom, which may be the right way to go under certain circumstances. I guess your fitter has decided that it's best to keep the profile snug with the wall and put the frame out. That may or may not be the right decision or it may have been better to split the difference. I suppose a lot depends on how out of true it is, what your preference is and the decision of the fitter.
