Chipped Polished Concrete Floor Repair

by TobyPer » Sat Nov 24, 2018 5:19 pm

Hi all,

I have a indoor residential concrete floor which has been damaged and is now chipped.

It is about 30mm wide and 10mm deep

Would really appreciate any replies from anyone who has experience in indoor concrete repairs. Is it a difficult process or should it be left to repair specialists? Is it expensive? What materials will be required? Is it easy to match the colour of the existing concrete to ensure it is not visible?

Many thanks in advance

I take it it's a polished concrete floor or the concrete is the final finish. If so it's a bit of a specialist job being honest, getting the bonding, colour and finish right is not easy. . The hardest part will be matching the colour and sanding it back to blend in. If you still want to give it a go leave a reply and I can offer some advice.
