Where can I get This Toilet Diaphragm Washer? All aspects of plumbing questions and answers, help, tips and information

Where can I source the attached diaphragm? I've tried a standard diaphragm but no luck.

I think I should just replace with a Bottom Entry Fill Valve but can anyone suggest which one I should get and where?

Looks like a modern standard float valve washer to me. Any plumbers merchant or DIY will sell one. Check screwfix item 9115J.
