I have a tilt and turn window that is not closing properly half way down and appears to be not seating properly as well and catching at the bottom.I checked online and it says use a 4 mm Allen key for adjusting it. I tried this but after taking off the cover Allen keys don't appear to be going into the adjustment slot? Any help would be grateful.
