Hi all!
Just after some advice on fault finding my negative head grundfos shower pump.
I have a gravity system which is no good for gravity at all as the tank and boiler are all in one in the upstairs airing cupboard (no loft tanks) So it has a pump for the entire house.
When I moved in it had a poor salamander positive head pump which was useless as the shoer heads were higher than the tank, so I bought a Grundfos 2.0B negative head pump.
It works absolutely fine and is spot on, bar one annoying issue. It often randomly kicks in just for a few seconds now and then. Sometimes it wakes me up in the night. As its a pressure system rather than flow rate I checked to see if any leaks are apparent around all the taps but nothing. It works A bathroom with shower, kitchen, downstairs loo and ensuite.
Any thoughts on what I should be considering?
I'm no plumber btw, although I did install it with plumber guidance - so please keep it layman for me!
Thanks
