First post here and a novice DIY'er........
I had the upstairs of my house renovated this year - everything ripped out, chimney breast taken out, new steels installed etc. I also had new windows installed and I am having a real problem with the caulking round the edges of the windows in that they keep cracking. I think the window fitters have done it twice and a friend of mine did it again a couple of months ago and its cracked again
i know its not a big deal but its annoying me !!! And wondered if anyone could advise me on what the problem might be and how to resolve
