Roof Issue With Neighbours Replacing Tiles With Different Tiles to Existing

by nigrob » Wed Jun 19, 2019 8:47 pm

Hi,
My neighbour has had a replacement roof that uses different tiles to my roof.
A bridging channel has been fitted but on my side there is a 2 - 3 inch gap letting in daylight.
My question is should my tiles be flush on top of the channel with no visible gaps?

Any advice gratefully received.

You need to get them back, both sides need to be made good, any gap letting in daylight will allow water in and cause noise when windy.
