Identifying Pipe Sticking out of the wall in Kitchen

Hi I'm ripping out my kitchen and there is a pipe sticking out of the wall does anyone know what it could be thanks

Your picture is too small. It needs to be much larger and we need to be able to see inside the tube. Is it coming out of an old electrical socket?
