Hello
We have recently moved into our new home and discovered that one of our window handles is broken. The locking mechanism doesn't work.. I went to undo the fastenings on the handle but who ever lived here before seems to have ruined the thread of the screw now I cant undo it. Just wondering if any one could give suggestions on how to remove the handle without having to replace the whole window.
