We have a strange fungal yellow growth around the wall/floor joint of our small outside utility room/toilet. The floor is concrete with headboard on top and either cork tiles or lino. Both are affected. Anyone know what might be causing it? We've made no changes in the last 5 years and it's only appeared this year. Any info appreciated.
