Hi guys new to this forum , been having issues with my bath , we have a mixer tap which only gives hot water when it's hardly running , open it up any more and it's cold water and also we have a side shower attachment which leaks through the ceiling and has done since we bought the house and basically I haven't a clue how to sort either out .... Help?

It sounds like you need a new thermostatic cartridge.
