I have lifted some lino (about 2 layers) in a house i am renovating and there seems to be black adhesive left on the concrete floor (patchy). From what i have read it looks like mastic asphalt. It doesnt want to really scrape up and so looking for options on covering before tiling with most probably a mapei flexible adhesive.
Someone said to me to thinly latex? but not sure if this is the best option for covering mastic asphalt. The floor coverage is about 12sqm. Thanks
