Connecting Speedfit to Tap Connector

by martynhsmith » Mon Apr 27, 2020 11:48 am

I'm going round in circles - need to move a sink - sorted out everything
except
the taps have two of these flexible pipes like this
https://www.screwfix.com/p/flexible-tap-tails-10mm-x-15mm-x-300mm-2-pack/4565g (if that's standard)
and I want to connect them to speedfit pipe
I could buy this - https://www.screwfix.com/p/jg-speedfit-push-fit-flexible-tap-connector-hoses-15mm-x-x-300mm-2-pack/2475g

But what I really want is a connector
I don't think its this https://www.screwfix.com/p/jg-speedfit-plastic-push-fit-straight-tap-connector-15mm-x/17338
as that looks like the wrong '*******'

Can someone help ?

Hi Martynhsmith
Assuming you are using 15mm Speedfit the flexible connectors for the tap will fit straight onto the Speedfit pipe but don't forget to use inserts in the pipe..
