Hi, First post so sorry if i have done it wrong. My loft door latch has suddenly stopped working. The whole mechanism moves but not very much. it used to snap open and close. now it seems seized. I have tried WD40 but that has made no difference. Pics attached of the hole for the key and the locks part from the inside. Have a video if that would help. Any ideas?
