Hi
So the Lean-to is single wall with timber frame, has what looks like a carvan door. Can I replace with upvc door and keep frame as it holds roof etc.

Yes you can but you will struggle to get a upvc door to fit the existing frame. Probably better to buy a door already fitted to a frame.
