How to connect 22mm copper pipe to 27mm black water main (LDPE?)

by Bob.Bobby.70 » Sat Aug 15, 2020 10:27 am

Hello Forum,
I am planning on fitting a water softener under my sink. I'm advised that it should be connected to 22mm pipes as I have a combination boiler. Currently the water main is connected to a 15mm pipe, then to a 15mm stopcock, then off to the house and appliances. The incoming water main pipe is plastic and 27mm in diameter.
I've attached a picture of the current setup which I want to change to 22mm copper pipe.
Thanks,
BB

Hi bob.bobby.70
Go to a proper plumbers merchant and buy the appropriate adaptor.
