Had new bathroom fitted 4 weeks ago, woke last week to brown water stain on ceiling below bathroom. Had guy back out, he resealed bath and I put stain blocker over mark. 2 days, later woke to water mark line half length ceiling below bathroom. He came again said shower screen (attached to side bath) needed re sealing. Didn't seem to bothered. My landing carpet at door bathroom was soaking, bath is next to the door as you walk in. Haven't used the shower since only the bath which we use on the evening Every morning there is a fresh water mark on ceiling below. It dries throughout the day. Carpet is still wet despite having heater on it to dry it out. My question is where is my leak? Bathroom floor is not wet. Bath is located directly to left of door to bathroom, carpet is wet from carpet gripper of bathroom door outwards. Am at a loss

Since you get the problem whether you shower or bath the problem is likely to be with the bath waste or the waste pipework serving it.
You do not say whether your bath has a panel on it but if it does this will have to be removed for investigation.
