Fixing my mouldy cracked ceiling

by Jogey » Mon Nov 23, 2020 3:52 pm

I have a mouldy ceiling which has a long crack in it. I am attaching pictures. I don't know anything about DIY but need to save money by doing the job myself. Can I get rid of this mould or is it beyond repair. What is the best method of getting rid of the mould? Secondly can I repair this crack or is this not possible. Do I need to replace the underlying plasterboard. If I do can anyone recommend the best anti-mould plasterboard. Finally I need to replace the bathroom fan which is ineffective. Can anyone recommend a powerful bathroom fan please. I don't have any ceiling space to put the fan in, it just goes in the wall. I can't attach pictures because the web page says the pics are too large. Thank you.

Thank you for.
