New Monsoon Shower Pump not starting in loft shower

Hi,

I just replaced my Monsoon Shower pump with a Grundfos pump. It takes a few seconds to start on the lower floors but in the loft bathroom it won't start at all! I bought it off ebay.....

Any tips would be appreciated.

Hi olly66
There is not sufficient flow on the first floor to activate the pump Reed valves. You may have to buy a negative head pump.
