I have moved into a new flat which has 2 bathrooms and in each of the shower/bath cubicles there is a standard extractor fan but around 30cm next to the fan there is also a vent. This 2nd vent is letting in horrendous draughts as in they can slam the bathroom doors shut! What are these and are they needed as upon checking online for a draught shutter/solution there is no mention of this 2nd vent? Image attached and any insight/ help would be much appreciated.
