Heating problem

My Radiators upstairs heat up almost instantly whereas downstairs can take almost 1 hour before an acceptable level of heat is acheived!
advise please!

Check pump, and pump speed.

Balancing the system should help, this is achieved by closing upstairs radiator valves abit and downstairs should heat up quicker.

This just ensures the heat is distributed evenly throughout the system.
