Shower screen come away and dragging tiles with it Drainage and wastage systems and plumbing help, advice and answers

I've come into my bathroom tonight to find that the top screw holding the shower screen in place is visibly loose and many of the large tiles have come away from the wall.

I want to tackle it myself but have limited experience and want to know whether all of the tiles will need to come off in order to reattach the shower screen.

Any advice is gratefully received.

Best to remove the screen mounting rail and refit the tiles.
It may be possible to remove the screen remove screws holding the channel in place, drill into the wall then fit longer screws into the wall behind the tiles. This may pull the tiles back in place.
