Inside of garage is covered with mortar dust from roof tiles, but garage is dry as roof is good. What is the best way to prevent dust falling and can you suggest an affordable material to cover roof tiles inside.? Thank you

Since you have tiles you probably have rafters under them. Suggest yo buy a tarpaulin and fix this to the underside of the rafters. Screw strips of wood into the rafters to hold the tarpaulin in place, do not use nails.
