Hi, I recently bled my radiator and the pressure dropped to 0 on the boiler. I attempted to re-pressurise the system but there is an issue with the internal filling key. The slot that the key goes into is empty, I’m not sure if this is normal or not. I’ve still tried to insert the key and turn it to the position as instructed on various YouTube videos but when I turn the square white bolt only water leaks out and no pressure comes into the system. Is there any solution to this? I’m not sure if there’s an issue with the way the boiler has been installed or if I’m missing something. Thanks!

If this is the white key with black O rings on it needs to be firmly pressed into its location before turning. It may help to smear the '' O'' rings with a little vaseline to make it easier.
