My kitchen is a 1990s build extension and has always been noticeably colder than the rest of my house.
It seems worse at the doors, as no matter what the weather, there is always condensation building up on them. I now also have a growing black patch on the inside of the wall that used to be the outside wall.
I had mates round and one of them pipes up "I've got a thermal camera", so we took photos and they are attached. The number in the middle is the temperature where the centre of the picture is pointing.
What is the problem and what do I do about it? I've resealed the frames, although I can't see any evidence of a damp proof course in the extension brickwork.
