Hi. I'm after some advice please. I am looking to buy a house and relocate. A property has come up that is of non standard construction but with brickwork shell. The estate say it's mortgageable, so assume it has the certificates in place.
I'm hesitant because of its NSC....but I am looking for information from the professionals.... Is this property worth considering, or should I walk away?
