Gutter problem badly leaking at corner

by Bellsinor » Sat Oct 01, 2022 3:26 pm

Hello, am looking for advice on fixing a gutter badly leaking at the corner (attached a photo). Complete novice on building/diy, but looks like it's dropped too much. Could it be as simple as a blockage which I can ask my window cleaner to help with, or is this a bigger repair job? Sorry, the photo is as clear as I can get to show it at an angle. TIA!

Hi bellsinor,
Your gutter has been poorly installed. The recommended maximum spacing for the facia clips is 1m. The corner joiner may have holes for fixing to the facia but I doubt they have been used. If there are no holes brackets should be fitted close to the corner.
Regards S
