I paid welding shops 4 times to fix in 2022 and still not fixed

I have a David Brown 1200 tractor. There's a metal hydraulic tube that connects to the under side of the tractor with 2 bolts, an o-ring and gasket. It was dripping so I took it off and went to a welding shop where they recommended I have it brazed.
2-4 weeks later, it started dripping hydraulic fluid again, getting worse every day. The leak is where the tube meets the connector part. So far this year I've had it brazed 4 times ($40 each) and it's leaking again now. I've been using the top reputable welding shops. Suggestions? Thanks.

If the pipe has work hardened then it will likely re-crack after brazing or welding, to anneal the pipe may work, but heat treatment is specialist work, and since the pipe seems to have original paint on it, it clearly has not been heat treated.

But since you say $ not £ I assume not UK, only time I have worked with $ is in Hong Kong, which is no longer British, so can't really recommend anyone to use.
