Plastic bath panel has got darker Drainage and wastage systems and plumbing help, advice and answers

I bought a white bath and a white plastic panel 12 years ago. The bath is still white, but the panel has gone darker, to a cream or pale beige. How can I get it back to white? I'd like suggestions that you know work, not just possibilities that might work. I haven't tried anything yet, but obviously I've thought of bleach, vinegar, lemon juice, or a mild scouring powder like sodium bicarbonate. But I don't want to try something that might make matters worse.

Hi Bert45,
Only you will know whether the discolouration is on the surface or throughout the plastic. If it’s on the surface you could use a proprietary upvc cleaner, these are very effective at removing stains from upvc windows.
If the discolouration is throughout the material get new bath panels.
