Patio door adjustment to stop visible daylight

by Daniel408 » Mon Mar 20, 2023 4:52 pm

Hoping you guys can help as I can see daylight through the centre of my patio doors. I have attached a couple of pics for reference. I think I’m in the right hall park but not sure so need some confirmation. There are three hinges per door.

Is there a name for this type of hinge, just in case I need to YouTube it.

Hi daniel408,
You should be able to insert an appropriate sized Allen key into the hole in the hinge and wind the door in or out as needed. You may have to remove the cover because there may be locking screws which need loosening.
If this does work adjust each hinge in turn by turning the adjustment bolts by 1/2 a turn at a time.
Regards S
