In the process of transforming my bathroom. Taking out the bath and replacing with walk in shower. Installing thermostatic mixer valve supplied with cold from mains and hot from combi boiler. Ideally want to install valve at entrance to shower then pipe mixed water to the shower head around 1.7 metres away. As I have to raise the tray anyway for waste purposes was planning to pipe mixed water under the tray then back up to shower head meaning overall run of pipe just less than 5 metres. Would this cause a pressure drop at the shower head or would I get the same pressure as when the hot exits the combi?
