Hi. I have a patio hat has ancient tarmac. I started to use a bolster and hammer but it will take months for me to chip it off the original concrete base that was probably the original patio. Any suggestions for a quick way to remove this? We need to keep the concrete as we can't afford to jackhammer it up and replace it. Also do we just need to power spray the surface of the concrete to clean it? The area of tarmac I've removed is relatively clean. Any ideas greatly appreciated!
