I have just installed a Macdee Duo-Compact concealed cistern low level S110. The flush and the overflow work OK, but the cistern will not refill when I have the inlet valve in place (though the water pours in when I remove it). I have low water pressure. Is the inlet valve faulty or do I need a different seal? The item was supplied with a black seal. Thanks in anticipation!
