If a particular adaptation has been requested by a buildings inspector in respect of a home extension, does that detail appear on the final certificate? :?

The completion certifiacte will only detail compliance with the relevant parts of the b regs i.e A1-Reg 7, and not any requests for changes etc.. You may ask the B control department for the inpsection records which should detial such changes. They will probably say they are not public records but ask them if they are willing to release them under the building control performance standards/ask to see their policy. If they do not have one they should.
