can you fish a line from top to bottom of wall.ie mke small hole and drop string with weight on it and hook out with wire hook?
if so then try 2 flush plaster board socket boxes with top or bottom carefully cut out to allow peritel(scart) plugs through.
you can get cooker outlet cover plates to go over boxes once in place & if you get the right ones they have exit way for cables just don't use terms inside,
hope this helps, if you are fishing you may find cross'noggin' to cut away half way down if so drill/chisel clearence hole and make good once wiring done
