I am desperately cold!
I found a site which sells shrink film for winsow insulation.
Can anybody tell me if this is a good product.
I need new windows but cannot afford them yet.
I am ordering anyway because they are really cheap- but i thought it would be nice to know if anyone has any tips about using this.
