Hi hope you kind people can help , this is a real mystery to me and my wife. We live in. A timber park home we bought it 7 years ago and completely gutted it new studded walls new plasterboards everything. All most over night black marks on the ceiling showing each truss in the roof ,black marks on the walls just above each radiator, screw heads on walls are black and all the marks do not wipe off with 3 types of cleaner Inc bleach .3weeks ago we put Xmas decorations on walls now there down they are high lighted with black marks .All the above problems are in the lounge next to the kitchen bedrooms not affected, any help much appreciated.
