Floor filler material?

I've got a concrete floor base with vinyl tiles in my kitchen and I'm going to put down real wood floors instead before fitting a new kitchen on top. Some of the vinyl tiles are missing and I want to use a filler to even out the surface before I fit the new wooden floor. Does anyone know what what filler I should use? The floor tiles are missing in a corner of the kitchen where the old fridge used to be. The area is about 1 m2 and is about 3-5mm lower than the rest of the floor.

Many thanks!! // Richie

Always worth getting it from Screwfix Richie, its there in a day or so and there is very little you can't buy in the way of DIY stuff....So much easier than trawling round stores looking for stuff.
