The sealant was not applied correctly and as soon as I had a bath a large gap opened up between bath and sealant. Have removed all old sealant but need something to fill more than 10mm gap between bath and tiling. Am total non DIY person, but visitors coming soon. Please help soon.
Thanks
Chris

i think your best bet would be to carefully remove the bottom row of tiles that but to the bath and re grout them using more grout at the bottom of the tile so that the gap is more closed the tiles will be at a very slight angle, then once this is set fill the bath with cold water and then put the silicone sealent round the bath and tile join, hope this helps.

try using small plastic quad beading.
You can get it from upvc installers and double glazing companies.
But try not to bend it its a nightmare to fit if its kinked.

Part of your problem is the fact that you probably sealed the bath whise it was empty. then when you fill it with water AND get in you have a lot of extra weight pulling the sides away from the wall.
So by all means use the Bath strip that fits into the corner BUT GET INTO THE BATH WHEN YOU FIT IT!!!
this will mean it is fitted with a certain amount of stress already pulling away from the wall and when you have a bath there will be less of a difference in the amount of stress between the bath and the wall.
