Horse Stable

I have a horse stable built directly onto a concrete block. I have a problem with water getting into the stable and horse pee travelling through. What do I use to seal the stable/concrete join thus stopping leaks and protecting the wood?

Thanks in advance!

any sealant painted on the floor would wear and be insufficent to stop water entering the stable.
It would be better to paint the floor with a pva solution and lay a sand&cement smooth screed of approx 50mm on top of the existing concrete.

PVA is a glue that will adhere the two substances together,It can be found at any builders merchants with instructions on how to use it.
