Jointing granite worktops

We are lookign to fit a granite worktop ourselves, but can't seem to find anything about the jointing compound that they use. Having watched a previous worktop being fitted professionally we know that it is a two-part resin of some kind but don't know where to get it or how to use it. Any advice very gratefully received.
