Recommendations for Filling Long Gap Between Plasterboard and Doorframe

by billythekid2k » Wed Mar 21, 2018 10:33 am

Hi all,

I noticed some lose plaster the other day at the edge of wall that connects with the doorframe, after removing more than i hoped for I was left with a rather long gap between the platerboard wall, and the door frame, see pic below attached.

I was wondering the best way to fill this in?

Normal tube fillers aren't going to cut it, as its too big. My other thoughts were expanding foam filler or perhaps plaster? But getting the plaster in there would seem tricky.

Any ideas?

Thanks!
