DORMA PITCHED ROOF

HI I LIVE IN A SEMI WITH A DORMA PITCHED FLAT ROOF IS IT POSSIBLE TO CONVERT THE FLAT ROOF TO TILES LIKE THE REST OF THE ROOF AND IF SO DO YOU HAVE TO GET PLANS DRAWN UP AND GET PLANNING PERMISSION. MY NEIGHBOUR ALSO HAS A FLAT ROOF BUT WE DONT GET ALONG SO IT WILL JUST BE MINE I AM INTERESTED IN AND WILL THAT CAUSE A PROBLEM. THANK YOU

Yes it is possible. Speak to your LABC to find out exactly what they want to see in terms of building regs.
Afraid I can't comment on your relationships with your neighbour.
