Boundary wall leaning

This curves round and on the curve the wall has sunk out slightly and the top has shifted about 3". The whole wall in that area leans slightly. Wall height to ground is about 6' but may have 2' below.
What is the best way to "prop" it to prevent further leaning or rebuilding? Could thid be done from the inside of the curve?
