Old HBXL Quote Needed for College Lecture - Anyone got one?

Hi,
I'm looking for an old HBXL quote for an extension that anyone might have, I am a college lecturer and want one to show the students so that they can use it to compare against a quote that they will be doing on a small extension, in order so that they can see how a professional quote looks like.
I would prefer it to be a smaller extension if possible with plans of the house as well, if not then any will do, and again downloadable if poss.
