Help to Identify Cladding Material Used in Example Image

Hi there,
Is anybody able to tell me what the type of material is that is used in this example picture - the grey material that is cladding the fascia of the overhang on this extension.
I would like to do something similar on a new extension to the back of our house and I'm really struggling to find out what this type of material is and where I can buy it from.
