Definition of a Good Building Regs Drawing?

Hi, I am new to the forum and the building application process. I am looking to have a kitchen extension done. I have a basic question which I hope someone can answer. What is the definition of a good Building Reg Drawing as opposed to a bad one? Has anyone got an example of what it should have? I also wanted the drawing to indicate where certain basix items would go such as radiators, plug sockets, and lighting perhaps? Which drawing should they be on? The reason I am asking is that once I am done with the architect I can give the plans to any builder so they know exactly what I want and where everything needs to be. Can anyone advise?
