How Best to Repair Damaged Concrete Floor by Front Door

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum (apologies if it isnt) but I need some advice if possible.
I bought a house a few years ago, and only getting round to replacing the flooring.
We pulled up the flooring by the front door and found this (attached).....
Any advice on how bad this is re repair etc
