Help With Laying Insulation in new Extension Floor Step by Step

we have the plasterer coming to lay a screed floor in our extension next weekend. We need to lay insulation before hand. We have the Celotex . My question is do we have to lay anything down on the concrete base before the Celotex goes on, I’m thinking like a waterproof sheet or something or can the insulation go straight onto the concrete?
